By accessing or using ClawSail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ClawSail provides migration and portability tools for OpenClaw agent workspaces. The service facilitates transferring workspace data between servers and platforms. We do not own, control, or assume responsibility for the content of your agent workspaces.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your workspace data before initiating any migration. While ClawSail verifies data integrity, you acknowledge that migrations involve data transfer and you should maintain independent backups.

4. Limitation of Liability

ClawSail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
