When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use ClawSail, we collect usage data necessary to provide the migration service, including workspace metadata (file counts, skill names, configuration keys). We do not read or store the contents of your memory files, personality configs, or skill code during migration — data is streamed directly between source and destination.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email to send product updates and launch notifications. Usage data helps us improve migration reliability and detect errors. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Workspace data is never stored on our servers — migrations are streamed point-to-point. Waitlist data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@clawsail.com. We will remove your information within 30 days of your request.

5. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) to understand how visitors use our website. This tool does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
